As he grew up in the L.A. area, Daniel was heavily influenced by the blues greats Albert KIng, B.B. King, and Albert Collins. As a kid, Daniel would hang outside clubs like the Golden Bear in Huntington Beach to hear these blues legends perform and wait for a glimpse of them through the curtains. After cutting his teeth in South Central L.A. blues clubs with “Mighty Mouth” Delmar Evans, who worked with the Johnny Otis Show, Castro backed other great artists from Otis’ band, including Pee Wee Crayton and Little Esther Phillips. He also recorded and toured with many other artists including legendary Small Faces singer-bassist Ronnie Lane.

- Alligators have u-shaped snouts.
- Crocodiles have more v-shaped snouts.
- Alligators' upper teeth often show when the mouth is closed.
- Crocodiles' upper and lower teeth show when the mouth is closed.
- Alligators generally live in fresh water.
- Crocodiles generally live in salt water or water that is brackish (has more salt than typical fresh water.)
-Neither make very good pets!

As investigations into the attack on the U.S. Capitol continue, details are emerging about the people who stormed the building on January 6. A new study from the Chicago Project on Security and Threats looks at the demographics of those who've been arrested. Robert Pape, a political science professor at the University of Chicago and the principal investigator on the study, joins CBSN's Lana Zak to discuss its findings.
